Nearly a decade ago, I founded my coaching practice with a simple belief: everyone deserves a career that feels intentional, fulfilling, and aligned with who they are and where they want to go.
That belief has guided every step of my own career. Over the past 20 years, I've worked across recruiting, financial services, higher education, nonprofit leadership, workforce consulting, and executive coaching. Along the way, I've coached professionals at every stage of their careers, partnered with organizations to develop leaders, and designed career development programs that have helped thousands of individuals navigate growth, change, and transition.
As my practice evolved, so did my vision. That's why I created Meridian Career Coaching. A meridian is a guide for navigation, a reference point that helps you understand where you are and chart the course to where you want to go. I believe careers deserve that same level of intention.
